Well, hello neighbors!
I just wanted to let ya know that there is a meeting in Melbourne Beach.
From what I read on the "other Blog" there are 2 meetings?
one meeting is Wednesday night (commission meeting)
the other meeting is a "special" meeting Thursday Night.
I have not verified this so if it is true someone let me know...Heck I may go just to get my fill of deception for the month!
Well, if anybody has the times and any details on these meetings let us know. From what I understand, David will be addressing some "issues"...Only issue I wanna hear is the TRUTH... Of course it will probably be someone else's fault...Like always....poor victim! of course when I say victim, I mean ALL of the people that have listened to the lies...He does however, play a good victim! I feel sorry for him everytime I look at him!

Town Council meeting tonight at 6:30 PM. All the players will be there. Come and visit.
Tommorrow night secret meeting of town council related to a lawsuit filed by Mr.Hamilton. They call it a shade meeting. Then a public meeting afterwards

Will be interesting to see who the new vice-mayor will be and who sits where.
Will the newly re-elected mayor begin his new term catering to Walters again.
Should be fun to watch. I will be there!!
OK, well it is the thought that counts. If any of you make it down there for the meeting...Let the rest of us know what happens. I would love to go and see the sweat on David's everextending brow! I will just have to wait and see what you guys have to say about the meeting!

Mr. Walters seems like a good guy to me. I dont recall anybody ever saying HE is a lyar... Possibly because he will tell it like it is.. Which is what this country needs in its leaders. No one quit or was fired. Commissioner Walters should know when it is time to step down....the time is now. He had virtually no supporters there tonight. Every time a jab was made toward Walters, the crowd broke into applause. It's about time the Town stood up for what is right...tonight showed they are on the right track

Tibby Parker spoke tonight at Melboune Beach and told the world that she was the one that made David a Chief. Now that's a great thing to brag about. Funny how she didn't bring up the terrible record he brought with him. She didn't talk about how he had just gotten off of probation and she didn't tell that she had really wanted the Sheriff to take over.

It is always better to have an non bias person inciting claims of wrong doing rather than one who has an axe to grind.
Two axes is even worse. How about someone coming forward that has had no disputes with the ex Chief? And then we will have a better chance of the truth winning out.

I would like to take this opportunity to address Weneedjustice. First of all, very well put. You addressed some very good issues in your response. I would like to address one issue concerning ones health records. A health record covers anything to do with ones mind and body, that makes sense, right? Ok with that said, according to the HIPPA rule, one of which the department of Finance is dead serious about, if you devuldge ANY part of ANY kind of a medical exam the way D. Syrkus did about Mr. Darling you are liable for breaking the HIPPA rule thus leaving yourself open to be sued. Mr Darling, find your self a good lawyer who knows about the HIPPA act and go for it. Start with David Syrkus, and throw into the mix the city he worked for when he violated your privacy by putting this public. I encourage everyone to know about HIPPA. David, you are a total looser and shame on you for devuldging this kind of information about a person's medical history. Here's one more issue for your followers to look at. Unfortunaley, you have the dumbest group I have ever witnessed and I wonder which website they purchased their degrees at.

Yes I do actually, first, know that A Notary is a public officer appointed under authority of State Law who has power under the relevant Notary Statute to administer an oath, to certify affidavits, to take acknowledgements, depositions or sworn testimony, and to take certain actions in some commercial transactions, such as the formal protesting of negotiable instruments. Documents and signatures of the Notary are authenticated by recognition of the Notary Seal.
With that said, did this notary wittness the signatures? Hell no she didn't. The signatures were not signed in her presence. The "other" document testifies to that. She did not see a driver's license because one didn't exist and as you saw, the DL box was checked. This notary was a party to this fraudulent activity and that is a felony. Too bad for her. I hate to make you wait until Monday but due to the fact that I am waiting for Jeb to call me back my hands are tied. But stay tuned this is far from over. She was trusted by the Governer's Office and they will have to figure out what to do with her. I said it before and I'll say it again, I sure hope her E&O is current. bye for now. GB

The problem with you is that you don't have a mind of your own and are obviously not looking at what Syrkus is being accused of. If he happens to stop short you are going to break your nose. No hostility intended of course.
