Comp Time for a crooked Cop
Well it seems that Davie Boy has been a little piggy when it comes to the towns bacon. Does any one know what the policy is about sucking the life out of the tax payers money? Rumor has it that piggy boy has around 30 K in comp time saved up. I guess the town will be paying his legal fees one way or another. David was over heard saying "I can get as much comp time from MB as I want." Guess he was correct. Does this bother anyone over there in MB? It should! Hopefully the commission took care of that tonight.

Oh, sorry all, I was talking to someone named privateeye who has some documents that will prove there was a second shooter on the grassy knoll. To bad he had to be such a jerk about it.
Is it too hard to understand that if your a jerk you don't get posted, if your rude, you don't get posted, if you use the "C" "F" or any of those really nasty words, you get deleted. Finally, if you hate us so much then go away, your not going to get posted. It's not rocket science!

Good Point Beach-Brief! Did they actually think they could trust Syrkus in light of all the evidence they themselves have had the opportunity to look at? I think the commission and walters are now on the same page. About time they grew a set and decided to get the job done. Now all they need to do is ask for his resignation. Gee, who in the world could the TM have do this investigation concerning complaints filed against Davie. An outside agency would be best. Can't ask an officer working for Davie to investigate his/her boss. Let's see, one could ask the Sheriff's office. They are always willing to help all the agencies in Brevard. Then there is West Melborne, Melbourne, Melbourne Village, Satellite Beach,etc. Now which agency will the TM choose? Maybe he will want to do it himself.

No, I didn't think he would resign on his own. I knew he would be there to collect a paycheck until his arrest. I was told that. The attorney david hired will try to make a deal, that's his job, but it won't happen for them. Why should the ex settle for anything less than for him to be fired, have his ticket pulled, make full restitution and go to jail. Where, by the way he belongs!
Was she pissed when she found out that he ripped her off? You bet! Why wouldn't she be. Will he get off the hook being the contentious, dismissive, arrogant ahole that he is, no way. He will go down for this. No deal will be accepted unless it entails the above. Remember, this man stole her child, stole her dignity, and her money. It's time to pay the piper.
I know a couple of the officers who told me that if he gets away with this they will leave law enforcement all together because it (law enforcement) is a crock oif s@#! if the highest officers can do things like this and get away with it, (not my words.)
This is how serious this issue is. There are so many people waiting and watching to see just how the process will work this time. Do you realize how many witnesses are waiting for a trial so they can testify to his lack of character? There are plenty of people david has done things to that want their day in court as well. Pat goes to work everyday and looks at him in the face but he isn't feeling that knife at this time but he will.
I agree with everything you say, but the aggreement/settlement will include; jail time, decertification, paying back the whole amount of the proceeds from the sale of the house. I mean the whole 60K. And if I were Sherry, I would demand he kiss my ass in town square at high noon. As for Pat Burke, I would make her clean my house, do my laundry and cook my famuly's meals for the next 5 years in lou of jail time. A whole lot of people would like to see Josh report Jyrkus, Ms,Jurkus and Patty Burke led away from their places of employment in handcuffs.
That's correct, all three are equaly guilty. They all played their part in putting the screws to this woman. If the lawyers for both sides do their jobs honestly and with integrity we should all be wittnes to justice actually being done the way our four fathers meant for it to work.

I hope the realtor he is using isn't counting on that commission from this so-called offer he put in. I guess if he is a citizen then he can attend the meetings in uniform and continue to suck up your tax money on comp time. This guy stops at nothing to get what he wants.
He has 3 mortgages on the gated house and one on the Bat Cave house in NC. Could it be the comp time he is jacking up from MB he intends to use as a down payment? Or could he be quit claiming one of MB's residence's homes? You all may want to check the clerks web site to see if you still have a home.
Your "reliable source" may want to check his or her own home as well.

Founders Day is right around the courner and in addition to the quest for candidates, flyers could be handed out concerning the awful mess Davie has caused. I think it imperative that people know how to get in touch with the "Special Prosecutor's Office". There's no doubt Davie is trying to "make a deal". We need to show this office that the Town is in high liability, each and every day he continues to work. I think everyone should call, fax, or write and explain the urgency to charge and get him off the streets with his gun and badge.

Did it every occur to anyone that here is a woman who has lived her whole life helping others, not even ONE incident of bad ever!giving away her fortune TWICE to underpriveledged people. Her children respect and care for her and nothing in her past suggest anything but good. All she did was speak out against a commish and the height ordinance.

I attempted to use our Town's Website to get more info for the Founders Day Celebration and found the Monthly Calendar is still on Jan., the Newsletter is Jan.-Feb.
Can we hire another employee to keep the website updated? The people of MelBeach deserve a little bit of something for all the tax they pay. If it's not asking too very much, could you at least let us know what you spend it on by keeping the website up to date.
If we all start coming in to the Town offices, asking questions concerning items that are suppose to be on our website-you know who will yell about getting public record again.
Why should the town have to hire another person to update the cities website? That is Pat Burkes job! If she can't do her job then fire her What is she good for anyway, besides helping steal money from someone she never even met.
I like your positions, givemeahome and golfbabe01, but the Commission has shown that they put up with the clerks, shall we call it lateness, in her job performance.
I think we might have a better turn out to meetings and such if people were aware of what is going on. If that means cutting in to the clerks salary and curbing her responsibilities in order to hire someone else, why not. She doesn't seem to have the time or inclination to keep up the website or the bulletin board. That last opening that was filled never made it to the board.
I say, we cut from her salary and pay someone who can do the J O B.

IF, and that's a big IF, Davie has sold a home, I would think it is more because the present wife has had enough. "The Big Dog" doesn't look so big anymore. Besides, if she turned States witness, they probably lost "That Lovin Feeling" and there would be no reason to keep this house since he's headed for "The Circus Tent".

Well did anyone see the news last night? The news anchor started with something like this. Local Chief Police resigns, stay tuned to find out what he did wrong to have to quit his job. I have to admit, I was kinda' glued even though I was exausted from a long day. When It finally came to the story and it was the St Cloud Chief I was pretty disapointed. Damned I said to myself, "wrong chief." Oh well, maybe today.

All we have done is speak out against a crooked cop and those who helped him, aka clerk Burke and wife K Webby. The other site had no problem posting K Webby when she posted uglies against the Mayor during his campaign even though she is not a resident, but the same site refused to post anything against the so called chief. Now they post that you can not discuss any issues pertaining to P & Z. (sounds like sad sue is afraid of an ethics complaint)
Here we are again, being told some have a right to speak up and others do not.

I have heard that Davie has an attorney trying hard to make a deal. You know how rumors go. I would think that if Davie is attempting NOW to make restitution, that in itself is a plea of guilt. If the State has turned into mediator, maybe there is someone out there who can answer this question:

No doubt, I would welcome an arrest today.
I can not believe that these people are negotiating a deal with this criminal. If it were you or I we would have been arrested and thrown all about the system. I think we need to flood Mr Tanner with questions as to why he is negotiating with felons when regular citizens do not get that luxury. I called and about 20 others called Tanner and I think they are getting the message. The assistant sounded a little frazzled. She is getting too many calls about this and she herself wants something done so people will stop calling.

In reality, mediation will only work if both parties can come to an agreement.
Looking at the evidence we have seen here on this site leaves little room for doubt of at least one felony conviction-the grand theft. None of us know what charges there may or may not be lurking under that investigative summary. Possibly fraud, conspiracy, tampering with a witness-who knows.
Everyone should realize that one felony conviction goes along way to recovering restitution from all the insurance coverage. The ex should be looking at todays market value of the residence. It's prior value or the amout Davie sold it for are immaterial at this time because it was sold illegally.
I have seen that at least one party thinks it should all end in mediation. Personally, I am not sure. If the ex's share has tripled, I am not sure Davie can come up with that kind of money.
Then you add all the interest she has lost. Large numbers keep going through my mind when I think of the sure thing, the insurance companies. One felony would do it.
Private Investigator, can you tell us what Davie owes on his home here and what does he owe on his batcave cabin. Maybe more numbers will help me decide whether he can afford a fair mediation or not.
