No Deal For This Crook!
Rumor has it that Davie Boy's Attorney is trying to get him a deal. Won't work! But hey, we know he just trying to do his job.
David, why do you think that you can do all of the things you have done and just deal your way out of it? That attitude right there says you have a mental defect and shouldn't be carrying a gun.
Who ever was proactive yesterday and called the SA, let us know what kind of a response you got. We realize that the court system is backed up but that doesn't explain why there are no charges yet. The blog is definatley known to the SA, they received the web address yesterday.

Lacey, I heard that same story yesterday and am ashamed that she is a member of our gender. I feel for true rape victims but have nothing but contempt for asshole women who use that accusation to get even with a man. In this case a couple of college kids. Your right, PATHETIC!
Did you hear what her family said to "Ebony" mag about the last time she cried wolf, oops, I mean rape? She didn't press charges because she was afraid for her life. Bite me bitch. Can't believe she would ruin a couple of kids lives to get even. Do you think that she and David are related somehow?

With the recent resignation of the FDLE Commissioner, one could think that FDLE has good reason to show the people they know their stuff. For FDLE to offer the Special Prosecutor an investigative summary with charges of grand theft and perjury, the peole have good reason to believe charges will be filed. If Davie's attorney has indeed offered a deal and we have not heard that a deal was made, then we have to think that the deal was turned down. (Davie doesn't usually offer to much to others, his thoughts usually run along the line of what you can do for him)
The State is under no obligation to remain in a mediator mode.
Keep up the calls. It's time for the people to speak. We pay the salaries of all our public servants, not just Davies.
Heck, we paid him today to respond to questions all morning as he was in deposition concerning a law suit he caused in TMV.

Actually giveme, the daughter got arrested last year and they are just now finding out about this tape and reviewing it now. You’re probably right about the lack of confidence in the police. Why it took 5 officers to restrain this rather small individual is the question I have. It appears that she was choked unconscious and then one officer threw H2O in her face which didn't revive her immediately and then got pissed because she didn't regain consciousness. I would call that excessive force. Some just shouldn't be police officers.

My phone as is others is not confined to make calls that only you would approve and until you are "in charge" and paying my phone bill, you have no right to say how I use it.

CITIZENS, DON'T ALLOW THE TOWN TO PAY THIS COMP PAY. DAVIE IS A SALARIED EMPLOYEE. HE ALREADY GETS TOO MANY BENEFITS AS IT IS.
Melbeach6ave, I think you are right in thinking the "other blog" is Davie or at least a strong Davie supporter. No reasonable person at this time would care what we say about Davie. The other blog is more interested in making problems for other persons such as the messengers. I think that just goes to show that "misery loves company".
Tonights meeting includes interview of the interim manager for the position of manager. This should be about the end of interviews for that position so we have some hope that a "REAL" Town Manager will be hired and Davie will be suspended, off the streets.
I have also heard that the making of deals by the State are to come to a halt soon and the charges will be filed.
Work kept me away too and I have been too busy to make any phone calls.
Perhaps someone will be so kind as to tell us, otherwise we could wait 3-4 months for the minutes to be published.
Don't forget the cops attending the meeting and sitting on their behinds, yapping with people in the back of the room, and getting comp time for doing it.
Any number of people could have told the old fart to sit down.
Davie probably brought him to the circus show on purpose so they could not discuss his comp time.
