It's time for David to explain to the court why, once again, he is the victim!
Wednesday will be upon us soon, actually Wednesday, the day after tomorrow. The REAL VICTIM will be here for the trial. Should be interesting for her to hear how David blames her for victimizing him. LOL. I hope he gets lots of jail time.

Today is a good day for all, especially Law Enforcment. David told the judge he didn't understand what he was doing and that he didn't make any money. The judge knew he received a check for 65K but he insisted he didn't profit. Liar. Now he is a convicted felon on two years probation and will never be in law enforcement again, can't carry a weapon, can't vote, and is now a second class citizen FOREVER! Prison time would have been best but we can't always get what we want. Looks like MALABAR will have to find another crook to run their pd when and if they get one. LOL. I wonder if the flea market knows they have a convicted felon in their mix? This is the last post on this blog so to all who participated thanks. To all who proved to the world that assholes are everywhere go to hell along with David Syrkus and his equally crooked wife! MB, TOLD YOU SO, NOW GET HIS NAME OFF OF THE EMPLOYEE LIST. Actually, no one has forgotten any of the characters you brought up nor the many that clung to the circus to the end, but I have heard that he had no supporters in the court room, not even his mama.
Question to all......Why would the court order a protection order for all victims? Could it be no one trusts the clown to keep out of their business until this is all over, cause people, "The fat lady has not sang yet!"

MELBEACH COMMISSION, yea, you who didn't want to listen to a citizen telling you you had a crook for a chief. Wipe the egg off your faces and start apologizing. Look long into that mirror of yours and try to remember next time that the people have a right to speak and it is your job to listen. When you have composed yourselves, try calling Palm Shores and explain what you have sent them.
By the way, the circus paid for a handwriting expert who stated it was not the exwifes signature on either document........like he didn't know that all along...lol

According to stories I heard, the court told Three Ring he could never hold any position in Law Enforcement again and he was an embarrassment to Brevard.
David Syrkus you deserved what you got even though you started crying to the judge about us. She didn't seem to concerned about your whiny ass self. Do you know why I think you got 2 years probation instead of getting off completely? Because you stood up there in front of the judge and rolled your eyes when the VICTIM spoke. You suck Davie Boy! I for one will be watching to see if you violate probation. Loser!
P.S. Bye the Davie I wasn't in court I got stuck in a meeting but sure did get a bunch of phone calls about your pathetic behavior. Oh, also, to the softball team, you do know your playinf with a convicted felon, right? Make sure you lock your cars when he's around.
Mayor Stacey, remember when you were told at Walmart how embarrassing this was for circus and the wife? Guess they were just pulling your chain, looking for sympathy and using you to keep him on as an employee. Do you really believe that this convicted thief will lie and steal from just an ex wife? I have a question; because David isn't permitted to associate with "known felons," does this mean that he is no longer permitted to talk to his son? Just wondering. Anyone?
