OK people due to the alarming amount of rudeness and JUST DOWNRIGHT mean comments to eachother, I am forced to make this post. You will direct your posts to the topic.. OR IT DOESNT GET POSTED. You will not call eachother some of the NASTY things that I have rejected! It is OK to argue..Just be someright courteous about it. Real Melbeach, I will be happy to post the link to your "blog" or any other ones on here as long as you make the post clean! No more of the nasty name calling. If you guys dont like it you wont see your post on here! I hate to CENSOR anyone but it has to be done at this point due to the nature of the discussions. I enjoy hearing both points of the arguement (yes, I am a little biased due to the lies of the past!) but I would like to be able to say that it is kept PG... It is understood that there is a lot of information coming out lately about David and his PAST (as well as possible futur)..BUT for real people, do we have to uncivilized to eachother? The posts that I have rejected are downright NASTY! Thanks, Big_Ram!

Hey anonymous, get your facts straight!
First, if it is COMPLETELY off topic, it doesnt get posted!
Second, everybody is allowed an opinion..If it is NOT DIRTY/foul! (and I dont mean BIRD!)NO BAD LANGUAGE WILL BE ALLOWED!
Third, If it is from some idiot that cant figure out how to log in... It doesnt get posted if directed to someone because they cant reply to anonymous without looking like they are talking to NOONE! The post says to use SOME screen name so people know who to respond to!
EVERYONE is entitled to their opinion as long as there is a way to respond to you without using anonymous! So log in ya idiot!
Sad sue asks several good questions but never gives an answer. She reads this blog everyday and posts often. I am glad she decided to get a name and post her thoughts so everyone knows who she is. Yes you are stupid as I have read your junk but in answer to your questions I think the following will happen.
The manager will do nothing. After all he pulled the same thing about having a degree in gainsville. So now he will sit back and wait for fdle investigation over the alleged fraud. The town council have to be wondering what is going on and could put some pressure on the manager but will say nothing. Only one has any balls and he is probably shell shocked from telling the truth and then getting no support from the girle men on the council.
FDLE will eventualy do the job with the local ones putting pressure on the others to help out the chief. The chief will eventually be fired or given the chance to resign. He may have survived the fake degree but won't make the fraud. The state probably won't prosceute but he will be finished as a police officer. Why don't you tell us what he is telling you sad sue. Why not posts the truth on the blog.
You dummies just don't get it!!! THE CHIEF HAS NOT RESIGNED!!! The ONLY resignation has been from Officer Dotson. It was on Channel 13 News and in todays' paper. THAT IS THE ONLY RESIGNATION!!! Keep in mind, Dotson was hired by STEVE WALTERS.
What's the manager got to do with this? I thought is was all about the chief and the clerk.
You all certainly live up to your blog name....MISINFORMED CITIZENS! Where did you ever get the FALSE information that syrkus had resigned. SYRKUS HAS NOT RESIGNED! It was Officer Dotson that resigned after got BUSTED! Wasn't it Slick Wally Walters that hired Dotson? What does that say for Walters good judgement?

If it doesn't make sense to you for a house to increase in value only $1,000 in 20 years then why do you say you will give syrcus the benefit of the doubt? I love walters he is slicker than snot and when all of you are long gone he will still be pushing the buttons.

Did you see that "house" on TV? It looked like it has suffered some nasty hurricane damage. Syrkus wasn't living in the house when he sold it, and it looked pretty well trashed. If you had a problem piece of Real Estate in another town that needed a lot of work to market at top dollar, and half of your profit would go to your ex-wife, would you waste a lot of time and money fixing it up, or would you sell to those folks who advertise "We buy ugly houses"? Some times you just need to know when to cut your losses and walk away.
Also, the divorce decree states that his ex was supposed to receive her share of the 65K. Instead, when all of this about the FORGED quit claim deed came to light he (syrus) drove up to SC told Sherry Thomas that there was no money from the sale of the house and that it cost him 3000 to close therefore he lost money. He then proceeded to have her write a statement that she is "unconcerned" about any money she has coming from the sale of the house. Now, I ask you, if he didn't collect any money from the sale of the house then why would he have her write that letter? How sneaky can a person be. He took advantage of this woman's fear of him. Shame, Shame, just another scum bag I guess.
Hey the real mel beach, it sounds to me like your definition of trust is to turn your head when you see something wrong going on. As far as the other officers go, I would say the majority of them are silently saying, "go dean go." Some of them think this cheif is an asshole and their afraid that if they don't kiss his ass they will be the focus of his sick retributive attitude. I think that your still focusing on dean because you don't want to admit the fact that your city has a totally screwed up police department. Not saying the remaining officers are screwed up but hey, "it" roles down hill so it has to start somewhere, right? When dean filed that complaint he thought he was doing the right thing. How did he know that this idiot chief would "get even" with him. I don't think there would have been this much trouble if the cheif didn't have so many skeletons in his closet to find. When your like Syrkus you really should walk through life "very quietly." If they had just handled the complaint the way they should have, instead of Surkus Puffing Up to show how tough he is, again, we wouldn't be here. nite. GB

I think Dean Darling should be the chief of police of mel. beach. He was the one to discover what a crooked freak syrkus is. The people that hired him and his notary girlfriend didn't catch any of this. Hell, they thought he had a degree. Dean certainly has investigative skills, that's for sure. Or maybe he should run for mayor, he did initiate the mel beach city gov. clean up. You people owe him something, don't you think? Just a suggestion.

OMG, you anonymous' crack me up. You know what you sound like? A bunch of school yard bullies that I used to kick the crap out of in elementary school. Don't come on this site and try to intimidate these bloggers. You may think you know who someone is but until you are formally introduced, your suspicions are purely speculative. And learn how to put your words together, with all of the grammer mistakes and the spelling issues it's kindof hard to read this stuff.

Just exactly how did Dean Darling and Mr. Walters become the focus here? Kill the messenger mentality seems to be alive and well. Why can't they stay at their own blog. You know the one with the nut case in charge. How true, if there was nothing to find in Chief Syrcus file we wouldn't be having these conversations here. There should have been nothing to embarass him or the town in his past. Professionals don't sleep on duty or lie about their educaiton. How do you go from probation for repeatedly violating rules to police chief in 6 months and I am still waiting for an explanation as to how a felon is allowed to walk city streets under protection and employment of the police?
