WOW, I just read the "OTHER" blog..From the Syrkus Freaks! YOu guys are not wuite that bright! First of all lemme look at a couple of things on this one:

misinformed citizens public campaign to discredit Chief Syrkus, Susan D. Pat burke and the family members of these people.
First of all, we are not trying to discredit anyone, we are trying to open your eyes to the stuff that these morons have done! We arent the ones discrediting them...they did it themselves!! Second, where did the families part come from, just cause Davie Boys wife decided to stay with the cheatin lardass...She is just as guilty as you guys are i my mind... Isnt that right, her name HAS been seen on the OTHER BLOG making negative comments towards others??? But she was defending her husband..He is a big boy and I dont think they will allow you in jail K to protect him from BUBBA!!
The publication recently has taken on the identity of a similiar newsletter Called the "Woodpecker" that was published by a sitting commissioner in Melbourne Village and was the subject of a criminal investigation.
THAT IS SOME FUNNY STUFF THERE! David started the "Investigation" into the woodpecker because he wanted to know who was running it? HMMMM that was a BS waste of taxpayers money (YEAH, DAVIE spent time on that one also) then and this one looks like anotehr sad attempt to save his CRAPPY reputation.. DAVID, face it...YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN GIVEN A BADGE...Heck, you shouldnt even be given the opportunity to babysit the mall in the little yellow blinking light truck!
If he/she(big_ram) is (A2005justice) and or (anonymous) then he/ she is associated with Commissioner Walters andWalters is openly and repeatedly responding to someone who has been very close to or possibly a party to the defamation, slander and libel of out Town, Our Town employees and Our Town residents!!!!

I read it and(AFTER VOMITTING UP MY HAM SANDWICH) had to rebutt! Therefore, get your crap together before you step into the ring! You rally shouldnt guess because that would be pretty bad to say a person is making all these statements about the town he serves and then have it not be him... WOW, David might cause another lawsuit! I hear they happen a lot around him! I may sue!! What the heck, David would just lie anyway so it doesnt matter!

How does he get this information so quickly about events published in that publication or events happening elsewhere if he is not in collusion with the people involved?
Probably because we are SMART people?? I know you guys hang around with the wrong crowd, maybe they will earn a point with the IQ test if they count the name spelling! People, OPEN YOUR EYES, This is the same thing DAVID did to the WoodPecker when it came out because it didnt see HIS point of view! I DONT SEE HIS POINT OF VIEW.. Hey Davie, why don't you just cut your losses and resign, you could tell your people that you care so much about the Town of Melbourne Beach and don't want the little town hurt by this "witch hunt" as you put it. One person you have to give credit to is that MB town manager W.D. resigned with class! I read the story and had to think again on what I thought he was all about. Here is a copy of a post to the misinformedcitizen publication that I
have suspected Commissioner Walters of possibly being associated with.
Apparently someone from The Town has forwarded. delivered or personally
told them a copy of this information. It is my understanding that there
have been no public records requests for this document to date.
It is my understanding that the following people were the only ones to
receive an email copy: WD, Pat Burke, Mayor Stacey, Commissioners
Wilson, Walters Price and Guglietta
One of you is making fools out of all of you!
I am again requesting an investigation this time into which one of the
persons receiving copies is "in bed with" this hateful, libelous and
despicable group of individuals that continues to degrade and defame our
employees, residents and our Town. I call your attention to the
statement that "I get a copy of all her e-mails to the Town. The manager
gives them to the staff and volunteers"
I wasn't aware of any volunteers ! I doubt that considering what is at
stake here that WD would be involved. This statement I believe is meant
to discredit him, the employees and make fools of the Commission.
It is my opinion that no one other than Commissioner Walters would have
any benefit from any such innuendo as it speaks to his past record of
behavior.
Someone is playing dangerous games with the Town and the lives of its
employees and residents.
Someone is making all of you look like incompetent and complicit.
One of you is responsible!
One of you will be held accountable!
Or all of you will be held accountable!
Someone is abusing their Powers of Office.
Take care of it NOW.
If I see anything even remotely associated with this e-mail posted

Dear Susan, of course you are upset, this we see in the words you use. Now, if you can, calm yourself down, and just try to understand what is being said:
First of all, no one is out to harm you, you went on line, supposedly, with your own name, and that was either very brave or very silly (to be determined later). You asked questions and did not like the way others answered you. sorry, but that's a way of life. We all find our selves in that same predicament sometimes.
Now Susan, where you go astray, is when you think that you and yours can post whatever you want and others do not have the same right. Unfortunately for your "side," we all have the same ability. that's what life in the USA gives us all.
Then you e mail a letter that is public record and because you don't find out who shared it with others, you are now upset again. Why don't you get with the town clerk and together go over the laws of public record. you both seem to be in the dark? Read slowly, the clerk is not too bright. it has taken her years, so help her if you can.
Susan, sharing public record is no crime. It does not merit an investigation.
leave the commission alone. They have their work cut out for them already. filling employee vacancies can be troublesome in itself, much less when the ones that know they are on their way out won't resign for the good of the Town.
Syrkus has fooled many people before you Susan, so don't feel too bad.

i refuse to type on the other blog. atleast this one lets almost all go on. are they serious about missing papers. i know for a fact about something that has happened at the town hall since someone arrived that was completly stuffed under a rug. and you know what baseball fans, it has to do with mr. perfect doing something at work that could be considered very very bad. wonder where this went. the only reason i will not say what it is, is do to the other parties involved that really dont need the attention. just so you know, some of your employees that left know what happened between you and a past supervisor. better hope it never gets out to the commission, or your ass is gone and so is other people that lied for you. maybe i'll give a certain somebody a call and seee how things are going for him, i bet not real well since you arrived.

The OTHER blog is talks about Steve Walters having a video tape of the recent town meeting. The anti-Walters clique don't mention that THEY were also running a video camera, as well as a few other people.
It's a public forum and can be taped by anyone, including a member of the town commission.

There's nothing illegal about openly taping someone in a public location, and it doesn't require the consent of the person being photographed.
Additionally, courts have upheld the opinion that public figures have somewhat less of a right to privacy than do, when dealing with the public.
So, stop your scare tactics.
hey dick, you do realize there is no expectation of privacy when your standing around in a public place. i can video tape anything i want. i just cant use a anything that will enhance my hearing, such as somebody standing in an open field talking with no one around and i use something so that i may hear them. as for video taping and photographs, even if your in your home and i'm standing on public property and can see in your home i can video tape you. check the law!

OMG, guess the s$@# hit the fan last night. Again, the "not so fine" citizens of melbourne beach are still sticking Walters in everyone's face to take the spotlight off of Syrkus. Let's remember why we all came together here, Syrkus has done a lot of bad things to a lot of people and BROKE THE LAW in the meantime. Here is a quote i pulled off of the other site:

Anonymous, sorry but you must know I wasn't talking about the normal citizens. I was referring to the melbourne beach citizens who have decided to bring Steve Walters to the fore front to take the focus off of Syrkus. They think their magicians but their not very good at the "slight of hand" trick. Steve has been in Mel Beach for years, why now are they finally trying to get him out? He has been the same for as long as I've known him, he'll never change. I have read the other blog and it sounds to me like Steve pissed in David's Weaties and now David , staying true to form, has pushed Steve in front of this speeding train. This is what he does. It's almost funny to watch because his actions are so predictable. I knew once the evidence was gathered and handed over to FDLE and the investigation started this would happen. I'm curious as to why David Syrkus and his clerk haven't been sent home while FDLE finishes the investigation. I'm sure if they were relieved of their duties pending the outcome of the investigation, things would settle down. As long as they are allowed to stay on their jobs things will continue to move in the direction they are going. Not good for Melbourne Beach. Anyway, I do apologize for the generalization, you now know what I meant. Merry Christmas, have a great day.
