Here we are, me, you, and the others that read and post still waiting. Waiting on those that we helped put into office do their job. Public Servants....Public Servants.........NOT EMPLOYEE SERVANTS....Public Servants. We all have our favorites that we look to in times of good and bad, but isn't it a kick in the ass when we wait and wait and wait. Do you guys think it is really a problem with fortitude? Do you think our leaders are just in it for the ride? I like to think that all went into public service for a reason other than personal and I wish everybody would remember that listening to lies over and over and over can sometimes take from one's perspective.
Personally, I can not imagine why anyone should have to continue to pay salary to crooked employees. The parts of the warrant that all of us have seen shows us that Patty was in on this scam as much as Davie. She too lied, even on the document itself when she said she knew the ex-wife personally.
Our problem with Patty is we don't know if FDLE will be getting a warrant for her tomorrow or next week, but that does not mean that she does not deserve being fired tomorrow for not doing her job. We don't know if the Commission or the TM will make a move or are they too waiting for FDLE. Then I hear someone talking about a complaint filed in MV on Patty. Is everyone waiting on MV and is MV waiting on FDLE. Public Servants, they sure have us all waiting.
Davie has messed up and should be off the payroll tomorrow. Stand up strong TM. Show the Town that you are made of the right stuff.

Poor little Davie had a big problem showing his face this morning, but I hear Josh Wilson got a lot of footage on that long walk into City Hall. Davie and his attorney pull into the parking area and almost get out of the car when they are covered with cameras. They leave the parking lot and try again ten minutes later only to be caught by at least 2 cameras this time. It was a much quieter time than previous inteviews with media. This time Davie had nothing to say to channel 9. Davie appeared to be growing a beard, maybe to hide his identity.
Some at the scene have said that the TM is asking for 48 hous to make a detemination on the hearing, Much longer than most wanted.

And as far as investigating the conman, he left an easy trail for a lot of people to follow. All you really had to do was look.
There was a "Landay Formula ?" (not sure of the spelling at the moment) mentioned in the divorce decree. They were to ask for a court hearing and the court was to decide the division, it was never stated that it would be a fifty/fifty split like some assumm-ed. How the SA Office came up with the figure is a guess for me.
Too bad about the arguing amongst the Commissioners. Where was the interim Chief in all this. Had he stepped out or is he like Syrkus was doing, on the comp time clock, but not keeping the peace?

I think we should get all of the docs together on this woman beater and send them to the town’s people there and if he is allowed to come back to work carrying a badge and A GUN then we'll have to deal with that. Why does this mean so much? This Moron used to work for the Syrkus Moron. I wonder if he learned how to beat women from his good buddy Davie? I for one am on a mission now. Here ladies and gentlemen is a prime example of how background checks don't mean squat and let's not forget the Psych exams which are a joke and a half in the case of Syrkus and this moron. I agree with you on the women beating slugs. I haven't gotten my hands on a copy of the arrest report yet, but this type does not belong in law enforcement. Melbourne must have known something about him before the arrest because they sent multiple officers to apprehend him. I did get a few calls on this fellow and apparently he is also tough on squad cars, several fender benders and at least one was him backing into a dumpster.
If I hear anymore on this case, I will let you know.

The funny thing is, Davie boy used to protect this idiot when he worked for him and that 911 call was to get another officer who didn't play their pathetic games fired. I have heard and read about the "Reign of Terror" for the last 8 months. When I requested copies of the reprimand file for one of the "3 stooges", it had none, but I remember reading in the paper about reprimands he got. I have been told that a lot of files are missing wherever Davie goes. The clepto traits extend to paper. lol
Calling Fellsmere is a good idea, nobody knows what is to come of this. The "Circles of Care" stay alone should be enough to lose his badge, unless it is okay for cops to threaten the life of another.

FELLSMERE — A police officer has been suspended with pay pending the outcome of an internal affairs investigation after his department learned he was charged with beating up his live-in girlfriend during the weekend.
The arrest isn't the first time Fellsmere Police Officer William Scott Wheeler has been accused of domestic violence, according to state records.

Wheeler, 34, of Melbourne, was arrested Saturday morning by the Melbourne Police Department and charged with domestic violence battery. He did not receive a bond amount and later was released on his own recognizance, according to Brevard County Sheriff's Office reports.
The woman told police a verbal argument with Wheeler Thursday at a Melbourne home became violent when he allegedly put blankets over her head and choked her until she "was about to pass out," according to the arrest affidavit.
She then said Wheeler told her to stop crying because he didn't want anyone to hear her for fear of losing his job if the cops came. The woman alleged the attack with the blankets continued and Wheeler began to hit her in the back, the affidavit stated.
The alleged attack stopped, but later continued when she said Wheeler repeatedly punched her in the face, slapped her and pulled her hair. He also allegedly ripped off her clothing and told her, "she didn't deserve to wear clothes," according to the affidavit.
He also made threats of shooting her and himself with his gun if the police were called, the affidavit stated.
The alleged incident was an "ongoing progression of violence toward her" since she moved in with him about five months ago, according to reports. After she eventually contacted police, responding officers reported seeing numerous new and old bruises on the woman.
A message left with the Fellsmere Police Department to contact Wheeler for comment was not returned. However, Fellsmere Chief Scott Melanson said he contacted Wheeler Sunday and informed him of the suspension and internal affairs investigation.
Melanson couldn't release information about the ongoing internal affairs investigation, but said it probably won't close until the criminal investigation is closed in Melbourne.
"I don't know any of the circumstances," Melanson said, adding his department won't have anything to do with the criminal investigation by the Melbourne Police Department.
State records show the Satellite Beach Police Department charged Wheeler with domestic violence battery in 1998. The charge later was dropped.
Wheeler was not a Fellsmere police officer in 1998 and details about that arrest were not available Monday. However, in a letter to the Fellsmere Police Department in 2004 when he sought employment, Wheeler wrote he got into an argument with a former girlfriend and later completed a 26-week domestic violence class when the charge was dropped.
Wheeler also resigned from the Melbourne Village Police Department when he was arrested in 1998, according to his personnel file.
Since his August 2004 hiring by the Fellsmere Police Department, Wheeler had been given a letter of reprimand for violating three departmental code of conduct policies: incorrectly processing seized property, carelessness in handling equipment and horseplay while on duty.
He is not related to Gary Wheeler, former Indian River County sheriff and current county commission vice chairman.
The charge
Domestic violence battery is a first-degree misdemeanor charge punishable by up to one year in jail and $1,000 fine.
This is his 2nd offense, they knew he beat women when they hired him and poor Gary Wheeler had to ask that they mention he's not related to this ahole. What a joke!!! How much more is Brevard County going to have to take. I was at dinner in St Cloud earlier this evening and I was sitting with a group of teachers and they asked where I lived and when I told them, one of them said, " what the heck is going on over there? Brevard county is in the news over here all of the time lately." Well it's true, they knew about the MB Chief of Police, the fires of course, and a couple of other stories including this one involving our law enforcement. How embarrassing to be us right now. MB, your not alone, the whole county is being laughed at. It may be time to move. I am of the opinion that we have some of the best law enforcement agencies in the state but these few are ruining it for the good ones. Hope they, Fellsmere, fires this idiot and he doesn't get a job any where else in law enforcement.

You know beachrunner, I heard this same crap a few days ago from a person I know. Now that you have written it, I hope the Chiefs or whoever hires for a police department looks at it from a different prospective.
Hourly wage doesn't make a person good or bad. Big raises or no raises doesn't change a persons character. I've watched men work for large companies through years of wage freezes and it did not make them crooks.
Davie was pulling in some $50,000.00 as a road officer in Manalapan and had a terrible file, barely off a six month probation when he came to Brevard.
The problem I see is that no one is willing to fire the bad cops. Instead, we send them down the road with a resignation to our neighbors.
Well Beachrunner, if you and others would take a little time and contribute a little more about Davie boy then we could stick to just him. I personally am getting bored having to carry the weight along with DickTracey, Cagney, Lacey, and the other few, very few, who are consistent contributors. Furthermore, in a way the Weeler situation and the Surkis situation are related as I stated earlier in one of my posts. Therefore, I am staying on topic. The Town of MB has full knowledge of what she's done, as well as the fact that she is totaly incompetent to do the job so let them clean their own house. Until the full FDLE investigation is released, none of us know what other charges, if any, will be filed against whom. Bottom line!
We all have our own ideas as to who should be doing what, and patience is running a little thin for most, but unless someone can get a copy of the investigation, so we can all know who will be charged, it's still a waiting game.
As much as we all want Justice, she moves a little slow.
We have no idea what FDLE has or has not said about Burke, so let's cool our jets.
Burke has admitted that it is her signature on the documents as notary, her stating she doesn't remember doesn't fly for me and the excuse that the statue of limitations is up does not make the crime of notarizing without the signee present go away. We know that her notary is on hold, so we know that there is something going on. If you are interested, I suggest you get with the notary commission and ask some questions.
Then there is the title agency where the closing was held. Ask them if they are going after the clerk. Their insurance must be gathering info on this as we speak.
