I fear it is time to say GOODBYE!

Ladies and Gentlemen, in the time this blog has been online, we have brought out some very good information. Since there has been nothing but namecalling and stuff like that, we are no longer bringing new information out. Therefore, I have made the decision to shut down the Misinformed Citizens Blog Tuesday 02/28/2005 unless we get more information about the issues at hand. I thank all of those that helped to bring the David Syrkus issues out into the open. It has been fun and I will still be monitoring issues to see if we will start back up. Lets hope FDLE does the right thing and the STATE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE cooperates... We are all voters (I hope) and the State attorney is an elected position so lets let our voices be heard by emailing, writing and so forth about our views of DAVIE BOY. I will still post until the last day of the month unless other things come up. Be kind to eachother and have fun in your daily schedule. It has been fun and I learned a lot about how people react to one another. Keep up the good work... BE NICE TO EACHOTHER!

Straight Talk??

Well, it appears that the Syrkus People have gone silent... Could this be because they have realized that this sorry individual is in fact WRONG? Have they realized that they have been standing behind (barely visible) a whale of a tale? HMMM, nobody has the nerve to post supporting David unless they are using Anonymous? Well, lets see what latest events have begun? David apparently used his Ex-wifes sister (again) to LIE and get her to stop the investigation... Well lets play the piggy game Davie... only problem is Davie is the little piggy that will be going wee weee wee all the way to jail! Why dont you do yourself and the Town of Melbourne Beach a favor and resign now before things get REALLY embarrassing! By the way, I am working on getting copies of SOME of the other things Chief Squatsalot has done! I will try to put them on here as soon as I can! Until then, TALK ON PEOPLE... Remember... THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE... Just dont ask David Syrkus... Cause it aint there! Anybody have any information they would like to get on here, send me a message saying what you want on here and where I can validate the information! Thanks again.

AS you may have noticed, I have deleted a whole bunch of posts and will be changing some things here to provide easier reading and to let people know what we are trying to say. These rules are not written in stone and may be flexed if needed.. I will be the judge on what gets changed not YOU! COMPLAIN all you want.. I DONT LISTEN!!

For Those that are TOO Hard Headed (OTHER BLOG!)-REVISITED!

OK, since you guys are not able to figure out what is being said and get it through your thick heads, I will outline things here. Here is quote from other Blog:

FACT- David Syrkus obtained the job in Melbourne Beach with numerous negative issues missing from his personell file, where'd they go Davie?

FACT- David Syrkus and Patricia Burke are suspects in a case stating that they defrauded David Syrkus' ex-wife, who stated in sworn statement that Davieboy was man enough to hit her, of thousands of dollars (dont worry guys, FDLE will take care of you...David..So will Bubba!) while committing FELONIES.

FACT- David Syrkus has been written up for LYING in the past, of course this is one of the missing documents..GO FIGURE!Guess he listened to the Skynerd song "Dont ask Me No More Questions AND I wont Tell You No LIES!"

FACT- David Syrkus has STOLEN from the Town of Melbourne Village by LYING on an FDLE form for incentive pay, BUT according to David (the one that changed the numbers) it was an error.

FACT- David Syrkus has interfered with an investigation into illegal activities committed by his son. I know one officer that actually SAW David in his unmarked patrol vehicle with the victim.

FACT- David Syrkus attempted to fire an officer and was not knowledgable enough to figure out what he was doing so he contacted another Chief to ask him what he should do. This chief said he should just fire this officer and let her fight for her job back. NOW, thats a crappy thing for the top lawman to do.. HE ISNT A CHIEF.

FACT- David went to a 7-11 and bought alcohol and condoms then went to a confidential informants house... Funny how that isnt in his file) He was also seen opening a beer and pouring it into a cup and drinking from it while driving his TOWN POLICE VEHICLE. Davie thinks drinking and driving is funny. Ask him about this, he will probably LIE like every other time he is confronted about something. In FACT, he even illegally used the FDLE system (FCIC) to have the employee from 7-11 fired for making the complaint.

FACT- David has sent his OFFICERS to pick up beer for the people working on his house because he didnt want to leave them there alone.. Heineken wasnt it Davie?

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is only SOME of the stuff he has done. Look at the facts. I am not trying to make the Town of Melaboure Beach look bad I am just trying to educate you on the CRIMINAL you have running the Police Department. You are entitled to form your own opinions but this is VALID information. Other people will try to take the spotlight off of DAVID by pointing at others. Dont fall for this look at the facts and DO SOMETHING about it. This man (use term losely) deserves to be weatring HANDCUFFS not a gun.
