I just wanted to come back and give a personal THANKS to all of those that have participated in this Blog. It has been entertaining and educational at the same time. We have had clowns from the circus and Nobles from the rebellion against crookedness! It has been fun. We have seen Davie Boy on the news at the beginning looking all smug and saying "crap happens".. Well now he doesnt look so smug and he is realizing "CRAP DOES HAPPEN" especially when your past is FULL of CRAP or YOU are FULL OF CRAP!.. I just wanted to say Thanks to all of you for bringin the truth out there! I have been reading the Blog and enjoying what you guys are saying. I will continue to read the blog and will post occassionally to say thanks or bring up new info that hasnt been discussed but everyone here at Misinformed citizens does an excellent job bringin this information out. Enjoy and have many more years of freedom and enjoyment with the assistance of Misinformed Citizens.

givemeahome and geterdone, I've been thinking about your comments concerning the signs being posted around town. I feel all the signs should be brought to the next Commission meeting. The Commissioner who stutters and stammers about them not being a problem is the one (or two) who knows exactly who is doing this.
It is always important to have a united front in the elected officials and employees. The guilty usually give themselves away by their cover up or inability to speak up about what they themselves promote.

I heard the Mayor is not only standing up but is fed up with the Police Department story over the last 4 years! Revolving door of police chiefs with their hands out. Nothing but excuses excuses and we need more people money, and benefits . Fewer tickets, less patrol, more crime. When he asked for action in the past he always got it! He must be remembering the good old days when every resident was treated like they were important. Because all we get now is Huh? What? Maybe? We don't know! give me a raise. We heard the new Police Chief called Indialantic for a backup officer for a MB officer responding to a complaint near where the Mayor lives on a serious problem. What is the matter new chief did your car break down? Why didn't you back up the officer? I see your to important now that your chief and not a sergeant as you were last month. If what I heard is correct even our get along with everyone Mayor is getting a little tired of this horrible story. As a retired military man he wants action not excuses! He won't stand behind a crook or an incompetent! We say way to go Mayor Stacey! This latest chapter has got to be the defining moment! Time to start hiring qualified people rather then saying I can't hire you because you live in town and yes I mean Dean Darling who was qualified but got buried by the big shots because they got worried he lived to close to a councilman. If he can't cut it as a police officer fire him. But not hiring him for the reasons they did is just asking for another lawsuit. Time to say enough is enough! Now the 2nd in command won't take the police chief job temporary so we have to pay a sergeant the chief's salary? Now the acting chief can't help with a call? Come on Mayor tell us it ain't so! I say the best idea I have heard is to ask Mr. Walters to come back to work and straighten things out. Or better yet hire him as town manager!

I do believe I said the same thing a couple of weeks ago givemeahome. Too bad your town isn't responding to the citizens that pay their salaries. As for the chief not responding? Well there you have it, he's a temporary big shot and is also david's clone. Remember, they were friends. David probably thinks he is comming back whether ya'll like it or not and is running the PD from behind the scenes. This is a very real possibility with this new interim chief being a friend of davids and who is probably afraid that if davie boy comes back he will make HIS life miserable or ruin his career if he doesn't do what david wants in his absence. Just food for thought.

Mr.TM, It's been a couple of weeks since the Pre-determination hearing. You were cheered for your strength in suspending Davie without salary and benefits. How about another hearing. Don't you think it's time?

You bet'cha! I am all about makimg the prisoner as comfortable as possible. I believe incarceration is a very stressful time in a perp life, ask Davie boy, let's just call this my contribution to mankind.
I don't know if you know this but I'm the one who pushed for those pick uniforms the prisoners have to wear as pink is a very calming color. tee hee.
I was pondering maybe putting in my bid for Chief of Mel Beach. I do have a "REAL DEGREE" ya know. The first thing I will do is to have the council go down to their doctor of choice and get a prescription for xanax. Those guys are so stressed out. Sad Sue will have to go somewhere else of course so that we will have a nice and calm environment.

War of the Words.
Do you mean changing "Hail to the Chief" to "Possible Jail for the Crooked Chief"
Or do you mean "We love our Chief" to "Town Split over Chief's Woe's"
Or maybe, "Chief brought Department Forward with new Toys bought with the People's Money" to "Chief is Charged with Grand Theft, Fraud, and Perjury"
No one other than the crooked chief is responsible for his misdeeds. Some have failed to see the truth as it was released and this has caused friction within the community. For all the citizens of MelBeach who continue to support him, get your head out of the sand. Pointing fingers at anyone other than the crook himself is absolutely ridiculous. Your "shoot the messenger mentality" has shown your own lacking of community value. Instead of wasting your time with nastiness towards each other, you need to focus on building the community into a better place for all.
Like it or not, the clerk was involved in this mishap. Without a notary, this deed could not have happened. Statue of limitations or not, she did it, she admits that it is her signature. Felony charges or not, she is guilty of notarizing without the signee present. Look on line, her notary is still on hold. If the State doesn't trust her, why should the people.
She has shown through her lack of interest or inability that she can not/ will not keep the Towns own website up to date. Lack of preparations for the Mayor at the last meeting is just one more example.
Patty and Davie have and are hurting the integrity of others holding the same position. They both need their names removed from the employee list. The people should not have to continue paying salaries to incompetent employees.
In the Orlando paper today, a judge was quoted as to his statement made in a hearing.
"The judge said two things. First, that perjury strikes at the heart of the legal system, which hinges on truth. And second, that the former sheriff was not an ordinary citizen.
Indeed, more is expected of the sheriff and his deputies. Locally, there is no position of higher trust, except perhaps the supervisor of elections. The integrity of democratic elections depends on the honor of the person elected to that office."
No, neither are Sheriffs, but shouldn't the people of MelBeach have all employees with truth, honor, and integrity.

Very well put! I would say that most of MB would like to employ people with honesty and integrity but there are those whose lives are so mundane that the attention they are getting by fighting against truth is what they thrive on. One of them has a 2 year old child, when my children were small I was busy raising them to grow up to be good people. You wouldn't have seen me on a blog at midnight or there after calling people very rude things because they told the truth about someone. Then you have some crazy old lady who, obviously with nothing better to do, starts her own blog supporting the anti christ himself. Makes a fool out of herself around town, and is generally a royal pain in the ass. Those are to name a few. There is more of them and I for one feel sorry for their ignorance.
As for Pat Burke, she has a lot of nerve trying to dredge up crap about others when she is a criminal. Lot of nerve! I can't help but wonder if she takes care of her family the way she takes care of her job and the town that pays her salary. She has no pride, dignity, or integrity. I, for the life of me can't imagine why she still has a job. I can't help but feel bad for her children and her husband, the shame they must be feeling that their mommy and wife helped a crook steal money from someone who really needed it. She's a really bad person and will someday get what she deserves. Carma has a funny way of sneaking up on a bad person.
Welcome to the newcomers
Tonight I wanted to tell a little tale. A tale I have learned about in this quest for the truth.
Once upon a time (back in the 80's), a young married couple move into their first bought home (down in Boynton Beach). Not long after their purchase ($70,000 plus), this guy loses his job (radio shack store) and finds himself sick. He has a bad case of mono (that kissing disease)and has to lay on the sofa, alot. It's either that or go visit mama.
Weeks go by and thank goodness the wife works cause someone has to pay the bills. This guy, he keeps laying on the couch and time just goes right on by. The mono goes away and is replaced with depression, and all he can do is lay on that couch and visit mama.
Two years goes by and the wife gets her turn to stay home. Hubby has finally found himself a job working security and wife gets 6 weeks off, maternity leave.
Some twenty years have passed and that guy, he's again laying on the sofa, depressed, and visiting mama.
I guess the other blog was right about one thing.
History does have a way of sometimes repeating itself!
